The Jackson Hole Farmers Market on the Town Square is a weekly community event supporting local and regional farmers, ranchers and food vendors.
From sweet goodies like cookies and pie, to savory butcher cuts, to crisp vine-picked vegetables, to honey and flowers, the Jackson Hole Farmers Market has everything you need for local produce and products.
We also have music every week to keep you groovin’ during your shopping.
The Jackson Hole Farmers Market contributes to Jackson Hole by being a place:
where the community has access to local and sustainable food
where education is available to learn skills for seasonal, healthy eating
where local farms and ranches are nurtured and supported
where we all come together to celebrate the harvest, our health and wellness
The mission of the Jackson Hole Farmers Market is to champion and support local farms, ranches and food producers while creating a space to bring our community together to support overall health and wellness.
This program offers financial assistance to our farmers, aiding them with winter projects to prepare for the upcoming summer market season and providing funds to cover labor costs during the summer. We allocate half the grant money in the Fall to assist with maintenance of crops, equipment, and other necessities. The remaining half is provided during the summer market season to help cover labor and travel expenses. Many of our farmers struggle to find assistance in running their market booths, as their focus is typically on farm work. This grant helps alleviate some of these financial burdens.
Thank you to our wonderful partners for helping this program continue in supporting our incredible farmers and our farmers market.
In the fall of 2023, JH Farmers Market and the Belote Family approached
Curtis Haderlie of Haderlie Farms regarding a new greenhouse project aimed
at ensuring a consistent supply of produce for their winter markets and the community for years ahead. With a donation to support and oversee the project, Haderlie Farms plans to start the installation of the greenhouse in the summer of 2024, guided by several objectives. Firstly, the goal is to cultivate greens and produce to offer the community during the extended winter season. Secondly, the greenhouse will utilize waste oil sourced from a local business for heating, thereby recycling it instead of it being disposed of at the dump.
The overall scope of this project is to establish a climate controlled greenhouse with supplemental heat and light to promote year round growing. The plan is to start with the easiest vegetables, such as spinach and lettuce and then try other species to see what can be accomplished. Supplemental heat will be provided with a waste oil boiler that will furnish hot water distributed through pex pipes buried in the soil. There are local sources of inexpensive waste oil that can be put to good use heating this greenhouse.
Construction will be completed during the summer months of 2025 in time for the first winter growing season to begin. Winter can be defined as temperatures and light levels that are too low to maintain plant growth.
We hope to be able to start offering vegetables from this structure in November and then continue through April when the next season of regular growing can take over. During the summer months this greenhouse can be used for more sensitive crops like tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, etc.
Thank you to our wonderful partners for helping this program get started and installed by Winter of 2025.

Each Saturday our vendors donate a TO BE Determined % of their daily sales to a selected Jackson area nonprofit. We support our local vendors and non-profits to keep Jackson and it’s people thriving from great food and community connectivity.
